This is not one of my best jobs that I have done, and it is scheduled to be made better.

BACK UP BEFORE USE THIS: Don't complain to me if anything went wrong and you don't have a backup.
This module will not use database so you should be fine.

How to install this:

• Please use FTP to login to your web server.
• Unzip the vmconditionalshipping.zip
• copy the content of the zip file in the following address:  ~/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/classes/shipping/
• In site setup: (Admin panel) Login to your VM Backend with administrator password.
• click on components > Virtuemart
• then click on Store > Shipping Module List  find Conditional Shipping module and click on it.
• In the configuration window simply follow the samples and set it up.
• After you setup the options and the conditions save it.
• To activate this module you need to go to the configuration under the Admin then click on the shipping tab and find "Conditional shipping allows admins to apply different conditions to their final shipping cost"

Notification:

Please notice the first condition of the module is shopper group not USER GROUP. Shopper group can be setup under the shopper section in VM admin. After you setup the shopper group then you can go to the
users under Admin section of the VM and find the user that need to be a member of a particular shopper group. Click on the user and from Shopper Information select the shopper group.
